This table is made from two old beams that came from a demolished house in Žaliakalnis. They are left as they were – with their history, texture and signs of time. The beams are burned and placed asymmetrically next to each other, maintaining their natural, authentic character. The glass placed above them gives a sense of cleanliness, order and design, balancing the rough expression of the burned wood. The structure is stably strengthened by metal legs that connect all the elements into a harmonious whole. This is not just a table, but also a fragment of the history of the burned beams of Žaliakalnis, brought to a new life.
