“Roots” coffee table is a form shaped naturally by nature itself. It is a part of a tree stump where the roots remain — the place from which the tree grew, lived, and held its ground. This tree grew in a wetland, where its roots had to emerge more openly, adapt to the environment, and search for stability.

The charred black finish gives the piece a sense of maturity and depth. It is not merely a color, but a process — a surface where strength, time, and experience meet. Black here brings calm and focus, allowing the form to speak without unnecessary detail.

The glass top frames and unifies the composition. It introduces structure, balance, and function, while keeping the roots — their story and natural movement — at the center of attention.
